POSTNATAL
YOGA

Quite active before pregnancy, during pregnancy and birth I looked for ways to continue an energetic yoga practice. Influenced by Jivamukti Yoga and adapted to be safe for and to fuel your changing body and your baby, these classes are not your traditional pre & postnatal yoga! 

PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal classes prepare both you and your baby for birth and motherhood through movement, meditation and relaxation.

I created these classes especially for mothers who want to move energetically (it is not your traditional prenatal yoga class!) whilst practicing safely and in tune with their body and their baby. It is also a wonderful place to connect more deeply with other mothers in the room. 

​

Each class is balanced out energetically with a deep relaxation and hypnobirthing element to close.

POSTNATAL YOGA

Rebuild your physical strength and stability postpartum while taking the time to connect with your thoughts, emotions and needs. 

​

We practice slow and controlled movements bringing awareness to the pelvic floor and recovering abdominals, gradually building into an energetic flow (as mothers are ready), with options suitable for all levels of practice and stages postpartum. 

​

Bring your baby along (optional!) - enjoy the opportunity to bond, watch them have fun, and even to work holding a few extra kilos. ;) â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
